Overnight Postpartum Support

I understand that nights with a newborn can be challenging, and I offer overnight postpartum support so that you can get valuable sleep while knowing your little one(s) are in experienced hands. My overnight package provides you with an eight hour shift of hands on care for a flat-rate of $360, with additional hours per night available at a rate of $50/hour.

○ Free initial consultation.

○ Experienced physical, emotional, and informational support.

○ Feeding baby, or bringing baby to parents for breast/chest feeding. I offer trained lactation support as a CLC and can help you establish breast/chest feeding or a pumping schedule that is sustainable for you and your family.

○ Diaper changes.

○ Soothing baby during night wakings.

○ Quiet baby related house chores while baby is sleeping (dishes, folding baby laundry, tidying baby things, etc)

○ Experienced and trained in working with parents to understand healthy newborn development and sleep/wake patterns to establish healthy sleep habits.

○ Any other support you might need can be discussed during the consultation. 

Virtual Fourth Trimester Support
$600

Birth-12 weeks

This is a wonderful option for families who have in person help, but lots of questions about those early days of parenthood. You will receive the Newborn Sleep and the Fourth Trimester guide as a PDF and, after you have had time to read through it, we will meet prenatally by phone or video chat to talk through any questions you might have before your little one arrives. You will have access to twelve weeks of unlimited email support and scheduled phone support.
